Patrick came to Augusta County in May of 1992 from Southern California.  It did not take long to realize that this area is home.  Patrick spent five years in the United States Marine Corps advancing to the rank of Sergeant.  During which time he served in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and in the Persian Gulf for Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Patrick takes great pride that he was able to serve is country and his community.  As a Realtor the same level of pride and dedication show as he helps his clients buy or sell in this beautiful area.  With his knowledge of the local real estate market and the latest technology Patrick feels he has a lot to offer both buyers and sellers.  He resides in Staunton with his wife Ivy and their children Jadelyn and Kai.

After earning her Bachelors degree from James Madison University in 2004,  Lori returned to Waynesboro to pursue her dreams of becoming a real estate agent.  Throughout her college career, she joined the VALLEY TEAM as their marketing director and soon realized she wanted to earn her real estate license.  Lori graduated from Moseley Flint School of Real Estate earning her VA Real Estate license in 2005.  She then obtained her Accredited Buyer Representative designation, and is now the only Accredited Seller Representative in the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, the Seller Agency Council, and the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council.  Her deep passion for serving her clients and making sure their needs are met is Lori's main focus in her real estate endeavors.  She currently resides in Waynesboro with her husband Ashley.
