Carolyn is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and is knowledgeable of Staunton, Waynesboro, and all of the Augusta County market place.  A full time real estate professional since 1983, Carolyn has an exceptional record of success.  She has a passion for achieving the highest standards of customer service and is people-oriented.  Her willingness to continue her education has resulted in obtaining the designations: Accrediated Buyer Representative, Certified Residental Specialist and Graduate of the Residential Institute.  Knowledgeable of residential construction, she works closely with many builders.  She has a professional understanding of residential lots and land, and has experience in development and rezoning.  Carolyn manages foreclosure properties and works with investors in obtaining their financial goals.  Relocation specialist, Carolyn has given extra care and services to her families moving in or managing properties when moving out.  Carolyn educates her clients to they can make confident decisions about the purchase and sale of their real estate investments.  She is married to R.D. "Ricky" Morris, Jr. and has two adult children and five grandchildren.  Spiritual and family life are most important and she enjoys time with them on their mini farm in central Augusta County.
